早起きしました。
I got up early morning!

久しぶりの御来光
I saw beautiful sunrise this morning!

Why I got up early because 

第48回町民レクレーション in 小値賀島
Today is day of sport festival in Ojika island.

無事終わりました9時～4時まで
We finished without any trouble from 9 am to 4 pm.

どんだけ～
How long we played it!

疲れた～
I am so tried!

私も4種目参加しました。
I participated 4 different programs in this year. 

でも楽しかった～

It was awesome time!

島民の力
I felt power of islander and Ojika's power!

ハンパない！

Impressive!

人口2700人の小値賀島

Only 2700 people in Ojika island.

1000人ぐらいは参加してたんじゃないかな。
Maybe more than 1000 people enjoyed day of sport festival today!

子供達も参加です。
My son also participated  

明日は筋肉痛

I am going to have sore muscle tomorrow!

ダイエットには素晴らしい運動でした。

Good exercise for me and hopeful I lose weight!

お楽しみのお弁当
Happy lunch time!

外でみんなで食べるお弁当は世界一ですね。
It was great bento box, invite a few friends ate lunch together.

今宵カラオケは打ち上げで忙しくなります！

Tonight a lot of people will come our Karaoke bar for warp up party.

楽しいから全然いいんです！
