筋肉痛になりました！
I am so stiff after all that exercise last weekend!

今週はソフトボール、町民レクレーションと秋のスポーツ真っ盛りの小値賀島！
This week, we have softball games, sport festival in Ojika island, autumn is season for sport in Japan.

太った身体を鍛えることに決めました。
I finally decided to train my body, because I am gaining weight.

1０人以上の人に太ったねーと言われたらダイエット始めないと
