今日は曇り空の小値賀島です。
Today is cloudy weather in Ojika island.

もう金曜日ですよ!
It's already Friday! 

明日からは三連休忙しくなりそうです!
From tomorrow three day weekend in Japan.

昨日カマスの一夜干しを作りました。
Yesterday we made barracudas salted and dried onvernight.

カマスを釣るのは簡単ですが、捌いて料理するのは大変です。
It's very easy to fishing barracudas, however when you cook and dress a barracuda was not easy!

カマスと切れる包丁が必要です。
First you need barracuda and shape kitchen knife.

まずはうろこをとります
First, remove the scales from a barracuda.

尻尾から頭へ軽く包丁をいれます。
Cut from tale to head 

切れる包丁じゃないと難しいですね。
It's difficult to cut if you don't have a shape knife

すーって包丁が

次に頭から尻尾に向けてざくっと包丁をいれます。
Next cut from head to tale 

いれすぎると半分に切れちゃうからご注意を
It's hard to explain how to cut.

最後に頭をパックリと
Last cut the head

できだぞーー!
We made it!

まだまだ修行が足りませんが小値賀島に来て魚も捌けるようになりました。
We need more practice to cut fish, when I came back to Ojika, I have a lot of skill how to enjoy island life.

上手になるには魚を捌く数をこなせと!
How to improve cutting fish is cut and dress a fish as many as you can.

釣った魚を捌く体験もたくさんの人に体験してもらいたいです。
I am hoping that someday a lot of people will have experience of fishing and dress a fish in Ojika island.

ちょっと干しすぎましたが味はOKです!
Too long dry but taste was great!

干し具合もまだまだ勉強不足ですね!
We need study and ask how to make and cut a fish.

料理は難しいね!
Cooking is difficult to learn, specially fish cooking!

帰ったら恐竜がいっぱい
When I came back home last evening, there were a lot of dinosaurs were waiting for me.
