天気は曇の小値賀です。

Today's Ojika is cloudy day.

今年の目標の１つに、釣りに行き、たくさんの魚を釣る。

This year of my aim is going to go fishing, to dress a fish in Ojika.

そして魚さばきの習得です。
Then I learn how to dress a fish, like this.

まずは３枚におろす練習ですね。
First I need learn how to cut fish into three pieces.

奥さんは魚さばきがめちゃ上手になり、とても満足してます。
My wife already get good at how to dress a fish, I always keep watching how she did.

料理もたくさん作って勉強中。
She made a lot of cuisines, learn more local food in Ojika.

家庭的な料理が一番。

I love the best food how she made home cooking.

先日はシビさばきの経験
Last day we had a experience how to cut a yellowtail.

大きい魚は、さばいてるの見ているだけで感動します。

When I watched how people cut a big fish, so impressive to cut a fish.

小値賀での体験の１つに、釣り行って、自分でさばいて、BBQをして、最後はカラオケ。

One of the great experience tour I am going to make, go to fishing, how you cut a fish, start BBQ with friends and family, drink beer, then go to my mom's Karaoke bar.

最高の島ライフです。
