今日で３６５日の記事（小値賀島、島宿御縁、私、家族、いろいろな情報）を発信できたのは

継続は力なり

１年間やったおかげです。

ブログを書いてなかったら

ZEROですよ

やってよかったに決まってます。

たくさんの人と繋がったと勝手に想ってます。

１人でも多くの人に小値賀島を知ってもらえれば

嬉しいなー

もちろん

今年もブログ書き続けますよ。

１人でも読んでくれる人がいる限り

私の力になる限り

コツコツとやることですね。

毎日の積み重ねが

知らず知らずのうちに己の力になっていく！

私がブログを書き始めて大きく変わった事があります。

それは日常の体験への向き合い方が変わったこと

もともと好奇心旺盛なおっさんでしたが

あんまり何も考えず、飲みに行ったり、

旅行に行ったりしてましたが

ブログを始めて

どっかに行ったり、体験したりすると

その雰囲気、

どうやるのか

何で

何が面白いか

など

細かくチェックするようになったことです

日常の体験は全てブログのネタにもなると思うようになり

すると

どんな体験でも面白いと思えるし

行動範囲も広がったりもしました。

そして

小値賀島の事も紹介もできるようになりました。

エンジョイ島ライフの習慣として

楽しく発信していきます。

ブログは日記なんだから気楽に

朝が寒くなりましたね！
I felt a bit cold when I got up this morning!

そろそろ毛布も必要かな？

今日は接客業について考える！
Today I will think about hospitality!

私はツアーガイド、ホテルでの配膳、バーテンダー、レストランでのウエイターなど接客業をやってきました。
I was tour guide, hotel man, bartender,  and waiter in restaurants, I did many kind of hospitality job in my life.
   
現在はカラオケのマスター
Now I am master in Karaoke bar.

接客（人と人）で言われる4つの大切なこと
What is most important and necessary when you work hospitality job.

１　明るく元気な笑顔でおもてなし
１　Cheerful smile and great hospitality

２　全ての人の立場を考えて心を込めたホスピタリティー
２　We have great hospitality with my whole heart and think about all person from that person's point of view.

３　ルールを守り、同じミスを繰り返さない
３　Keep the rules, don't make the same mistakes twice.

４　清潔にする（自分自身、物、施設、環境を）
４　Keep clean

シンプルだけど、難しい！
It's simple, but difficult to do!

人と人
Get involved with people

全てが行動のフィードバックになる！
Action is everything and our feedback!

難しいね！
It's hard to do!

でも１つだけ
But only one

ツアーガイドやホテルの配膳で経験し気づいたことは
What I felt and noticed when I was tour guide and hotel man.

人（お客様）の立場に立って心を込めたホスピタリティーを行う
We need action of think about you from that person's point of view.

笑顔と心で
With cheerful smile and whole my heart

全ての仕事にあてはまることですね！
All business is fit for what's hospitality!

これが私がツアーガイドやホテルマンで学んだ１番大きなことです。
This is what I learned the most when I was tour guide and hotel man.

これから島宿御縁マスター＆旅アドバイザーとして私に出来ることも同じです！
From now on, what I can do when I will be master in Island INN Goen and trip adviser!

たくさんの人とコミュニケーションを取り、その立場に立って愛を持って考える。
My job is that needs communication with  a lot of people, I am standing in it's position and considered that with love.

I thought what kind of shop and restaurant I will go again and become regular customer.

When I took people who join my tour to places  

大阪の友達と行く店など

When I went to places with Osaka friends.

思いつくのは

What kinds of shop I took

ホッと落ち着く店
It is a comfortable, relaxing place

なんだかワクワクする店

Exciting place

元気をもらえる店

Cheer up by place

こんなお店ってリピートしますよね？

This kind of places are you going to go back again?

私もツアー中は知ってる人のお店にお客さん連れて行きます。

When I was tour, I always took places who I know and love people and shops and restaurants.

やっぱりモノではなく(こと)なんですよね！

It's not things, 

人なんですよね！

We want to meet and talk people place we take with friend, family and yourself. 

会いたいから、心の豊かさを求めに行く。
We go in search of spiritual happiness place we love and meet people. 

どうしたらいいのか？

旅を作るのも宿からです。 

御縁の意味は多くの人達といい出会い(ご縁)があなたにあります様に、人は縁で結ばれてるんだと。

人生一回、たくさんの人と出会い御縁を大切にいきたいと。 

縁とはすべての人のものであるよに。 

笑顔で楽しくできる空間を御縁で素敵なひとときを

I am going to open our special accommodation call "Goen" in small island call Ojika island in Nagasaki

All I need to do that I am going to send information my way to live special island call Ojika, lost Japan which still exist traditional culture, people live, food, landscape of nature, building and so on in Ojika island.

What meaning "GoEn" is a kind of fateful encounter, we can say that it is also a kind of fate, or relationship. 

Once a life, I want to meet people, always thank you for meeting us and see you again. 

I know our happy smile make comfortable you will have special time in Ojika island. 

I am looking forward to meeting you in future when I will open our Goen INN.
